- Mahickra chemicals limited was founded by Mr.Mitesh Gandhi [B.E.Chemical] and Mr.Ashish Gandhi [B.E.Electrical] in 1997,under the name Mahak Dyechem Industries,

- We have Started production of Reactive Blacks initially as we want to specialize in Black Shades, so we concentrated on production for Reactive Blacks.
- Mahak Continued expanding local business till 2000, with productions of different Blacks and other Reactive dyes,
- From 2002 to 2005 we Started developing business with merchant exporters and overseas Buyers as trial and successfully penetrate export market with our firstever export to Bangladesh In 2008 Mahak Installed Spray Dryer of 750 lts per hour to increase production capacity up to 200 MT per Month,
- After successful expansion with the support of mahak team we take over another unit in Vatva Industrial zone to expand our range of Reactive dyes like “ME Dyes”, “P Dyes”, Vinyl Sulfone Dyes, and Multifunctional dyes, and this way We are adding step by step facility to improve and expand our Business,
- 2015 – Mahicka Sister concern purchase Industrial land 5000 Sq.Mts.,(Saykha, Gujarat) acquired to plan future endeavors.
- In 2017 Mahak entered in NSE Stock Market with public issue of 21 lakhs share and it was oversubscribed by 26.67times, with overwhelming response of our well wishers and supporters, This step was never ending to stop our Business expansion as well as Diversification,
- Mahickra purchase in 2019 New production unit at GIDC Vatva Plot No : 1201-1202 under construction in order to meet the demands of wider range of products like Pigment Pastes and Specialty Chemicals.Same place in 2020 Mahickra Established a Corporate Office at Plot no. 1201-1202, Phase-3 to Diversify in new sector of Chemicals and intermediates,
- Mahickra present plant added new Equipment to increase production capacity and Lab instruments to control quality and to reach our production level upto 600MT/Month
